Dylan Shah is the founder of BeSmartGroup, with a vision to build a distinctive financial concierge service centred on personal relationships, financial organisation and access to professional expertise.
A BSc First-Class Honours graduate in Accounting and Business Management, Dylan combines his academic background with practical experience working in accountancy. He is also the founder of BeSmart Tutoring, an education business that reflects his entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to building a service around clients' needs.
Dylan is continuing his professional development on the path towards ACCA qualification, strengthening his knowledge of accounting and business. Through BeSmartGroup, he brings together his interests in finance, entrepreneurship and client service.
For Dylan, BeSmartGroup is about more than individual transactions. It is about building lasting relationships and creating a service that can grow with clients as their needs and ambitions evolve.

Sean Kanu brings the discipline, competitiveness and ambition of professional sport into the business world.
As a professional footballer, Sean has developed the determination, resilience and relationship-building skills that drive performance at the highest level. His ambitions, however, extend beyond the pitch — he is focused on applying those same qualities to the challenge of building and growing a business.
At BeSmartGroup, Sean focuses on business development, building professional relationships, identifying opportunities and helping expand the network of potential clients and professional connections.
His role reflects a forward-looking mindset: building relationships today, creating opportunities for tomorrow and developing beyond the boundaries of sport.
